由聯合國大會南南合作高級別委員會、聯合國南南合作辦公室及其全球南南發展博覽會秘書處主辦的「在二零一五年後發展議程背景下擴大全球南南及三方合作」高級別多方利益相關者戰略論壇（High-Level Multi-Stakeholders Strategy Forum）於北京時間2015年8月26日上午九時在澳門君悅酒店宴會廳拉開帷幕。
該論壇首次在澳門舉行，聯合國官員及來自世界七十七個國家地區代表出席。多米尼克共和國總理羅斯福 · 斯凱里特先生（Mr. Roosevelt Skerrit）、聯合國南南合作委員會主席阿布卡拉姆 · 阿卜杜勒 · 穆明大使閣下（H.E. Ambassador Abulkalam Abdul Momen）、聯合國秘書長南南合作特使、聯合國南南合作辦公室主任周一平先生、中聯辦辦公廳副主任史學林先生等主持。
本次論壇旨在幫助找出南南合作（South-South Cooperation）和三角合作（Triangular Cooperation）所涉及領域的新興趨勢，為相關機制的建立提供基礎，以支持「2015年後發展議程」（Post-2015 Development Agenda）的執行；在南南合作框架下，與會各方互相分享經驗，對可持續發展目標提出建議，推動全球南方國家的合作與發展。

南南合作｜South-South Cooperation
South-South cooperation is a broad framework for collaboration among countries of the South in the political, economic, social, cultural, environmental and technical domains. Involving two or more developing countries, it can take place on a bilateral, regional, subregional or interregional basis. Developing countries share knowledge, skills, expertise and resources to meet their development goals through concerted efforts. In 1974, the United Nations General Assembly, in its resolution 3251 (XXIX), endorsed "the establishment of a special unit within the United Nations Development Programme to promote technical co-operation among developing countries". With the endorsement of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action (BAPA) for Promoting and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries by the General Assembly in 1978 (resolution 33/134), the Special Unit was strengthened in order to fulfil its primary mandate, set forth in BAPA: to promote, coordinate and support South-South and triangular cooperation globally and within the United Nations system. 欲了解更多信息，请访问联合国南南合作官方网站：ssc.undp.org
